rdm: update roadmap #166

Updates

Added release-timeline.
Changed panel title from category to area for each task, but kept the blue color for development. (Tested with different colors, screenshot below.)
Spacing & heading adjustments.

Hi, by a quick look I saw the following in templates/products/rdm/roadmap.html We aim at releasing a <strong>Long-Term Support (LTS)</strong> version by summer 2021.

Does this need an update, too? Or is this another issue?

Updated PR.

Reorganized sections in the Roadmap
Updated headings with the correct h-tag on RDM-pages (for accessibility & seo purposes). The styling is the same as before.
Changed the font of the sub-title on the sub-pages (see screenshot). Let me know if you disagree.
