Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

We have some records with a large number of related works. Users would like certain links to show up before others. Currently there is no way to change the order of these links without deleting and re-entering them.

Describe the solution you'd like

Entered related works could support drag and drop reordering, similar to how contributors works.

Describe alternatives you've considered

External automation that modifies the ordering of links.
