Goal

Add a "Metrics" page to the communities which can show initial metrics for a community:
Total items
Total storage
Total views
Total downloads

For now we plan starting with a simple page with no graphing capabilities or similar.

It should be configurable 1) if it's enabled and 2) metrics should be configurable for a given instance (for now not configurable per community).

Resources

CERN has allocated 1 person to work on this in May

Due to delays, we (CERN) did not manage to start the task and it will be pushed further back.
