Support auto-completing creators and contributors from a name vocabulary (similar to affiliations)

Tasks include:

Link creators to a "names vocabulary" (similar to affiliations).
Load ORCID data dump (or create names on demand)
Auto-completion of names from name vocabulary in deposit form.
Automatic fetching of updates from ORCID (vocabulary add, remove, delete).
