When we fill the form, not all the fields are transposed in the document form afterwards:
[x] Pages should go in Publication information Page range
[x] Publication year should go in Publication year
[x] Publisher should go in Publisher
[x] Standard number should go in Identifier Scheme Standard number
[x] Edition should go to Edition
[x] Can the Payment mode and Budget code be pushed to the Acquisition order when it is created?
[x] In format, "Electronic" has been replaced by "E-book" but it can confuse the user: if a user wants to order a pdf of an article, he might not want to select "E-book", can we leave Electronic instead to have it more generic for any document type?
Describe the bug
When librarian creates a document based on literature request some fields are pre-filled automatically. Add missing fields (journal title, volume, pages).
