Document editor: make extension field of type list editable #362

As discovered testing extension fields of type list, they are not editable. In the editor they are rendered as a normal input field for one string.

It will probably come for free if the document editor is moved to React-JSONSchema-Forms but it is not an easy task.

@kprzerwa I have created this new issue: it is a major if we don't need to fix this for our extensions fields. It is a blocker if we need this. Can you please check?
