Search: vocabulary search not working #554

Describe the bug

Vocabulary search not working. no query search is executed in the console.

Steps to Reproduce

Go to 'New upload'
Try to search for a language
See empty results and no query in the devtools network tab

Expected behavior

List of possible options.
