works deduplicate: add a reset possibility

re fetch and refresh the works and re set candidates

to not have to press F5 and reload much more than necessary usecase:

• when some work merges has been done, the user would like to see again candidates from the start to make sure there are no more candidate to merge
• also happen when deduplicating aothers on other tabs.
