Impossible to add editions of works with a # or & in the title #431

When trying to add an edition of a book with a # in the title (at least when clicking on “Add an edition without an ISBN”), it results in a blank page, seemingly because the # stays in the URL.

Edit: the same happens with a &

Thanks for reporting! That should now have been fixed by 33abf25, can you confirm it now works as expected?
