[Refactor] Remove 'test statistics'

Remove the "test statistics" UI panels and associated API endpoints
This will now be handled by a dedicated plugin
Closes https://github.com/inventree/InvenTree/pull/7789
Closes https://github.com/inventree/InvenTree/issues/7778

Before Merging

This will not be merged until the inventree-test-statistics plugin is released and working properly.

@martonmiklos check out the linked plugin - the UI may not be fully fleshed out yet but the queries run very quickly and I think it is moving in the right direction. feel free to make some suggestions over on the particular repo for the plugin itserlf
