Fix wrong reference to base, should be part #102

Fix getParameters function which was failing in 0.7.0 because the Parameter class has moved

@SchrodingersGat any pointer on why that test failed? I don't understand what tar archives have to do with my change..

It appears that github is having some system-wide problems at the moment. Hopefully they get them sorted out soon.
