[FR] Translation attribution #127

Please verify that this feature request has NOT been suggested before.

Problem statement

We currently do not attribute our translators anymore as they are happening over at crowdin.

Suggested solution

Only merge translations once per release just before and tag all translators whose GitHub username we know or add a page to the website.

@inventree/maintainer @inventree/triage we have nearly 170 members in the translation project, I think we should highlight that somehow.

Do you want to attribute them individually? Perhaps on the github page? Or we could add a "statistic" on the website like "170 translators"

@SchrodingersGat my main idea would be to just tag them as coauthors in one translation merge. That way they are included in the contributor's list. I tried to get the translator's statistics but there was some problem with API permissions.

Was not feasible with the access provided by crowdin token when tried in february.
