This PR provides a major refactor of the workflow.

Instead of uploading an "attachment" file (and then responding to the event after the fact), the plugin now exposes some API endpoints which handle this.

Allows validation before upload
Performs more and better checks
Cleaner and more reliable workflow
Can delete a wireviz diagram from a part
Can view / add / delete template files also
