Describe the bug

Pseudowaypoint on EDDM MIQ8E at wrong location

Steps to reproduce

Short circuit style around EDDM Use 08R departure MIQ8E Use ILS08L approach with no star and MIQ transition

Expected behaviour

Pseudowaypoint 1900 should be on the 08R departure end (close to DMS3), not on the 08R approach end

26L INPUD2S departure also has this 1900 waypoint even it doesnt belong there.
