[BUG] - Thrust limit not raising automatically, manual limit not applied #1251

Describe the bug

Thrust limit is not automatically switched to CLB when climbing in PROF. Manual selection of limit does not increase thrust in CLB THRUST mode

Steps to reproduce

Reach INIT crz level Increase ALT Reset INIT CRZ level Observe CLB THRUST enagage with CRZ limit Select CLB limit manualy Observe not increase in thrust

Expected behaviour

Auto select of CLB limit Adherance to limit if manually selected

Is this a step climb or initial climb?

Step Climb at a /S contraint waypoint (so not an auto caculacted S/C) But I noticed this behaviour in prior version of teh aircraft as well, versions that had no S/C calculations.

stepclimbs are an exception on the rule, it's cruise climb not CLIMB, so crz limit etc. The manual limit no being followed is a bug

Good to know. Manual limits not applying is the bigger offender anyhow.
