[BUG] - MD-11F PW Incorrect ZFW #1258

Describe the bug

The ZFW weight of the MD-11F PW appears to be set to that of the passenger variant

Steps to reproduce

Set the ZFW to any value (such as 300k lbs) then go back to Passenger & cargo and set both values to 0.

Expected behaviour

When setting cargo and fuel to 0, the load will be 0% however the ZFW will readout as 291.1 which is much higher than the expected weight which should be no more than 250, additionally debug mode shows a payload on the aircraft.

flight dynamics file empty weight is in line with expectations
