Start the engines and keep the throttle in the idle position.
Expected behaviour
The PW4462 engines usually idle at around 65% N2, however in the TFDi they idle at around 75% N2 on the ground. This can cause descents where the speed doesn't bleed off properly as it should and can result in faster rolls on the ground with the parking brake off.
Evidence
The first image is the TFDi, second image is from a YouTube video of a Martinair MD-11.

No

Altitude
This issue happens both on the ground and in the air.
Something I noticed is that with the current build (v. 0.66.0.2), if you put the FADEC's into Alternate mode, the N2 goes down to 65%, like it should according to this issue.
Describe the bug
The idle power on the PW engines are too high.
Steps to reproduce
Start the engines and keep the throttle in the idle position.
