[BUG] - Cold fuel recirculation for Tail Tank not switching steps #1310

Describe the bug

Cold fuel recirculation for Tail Tank started recirculating correctly, but fails to transfer 1/3 forward at 5C from freeze point.

Steps to reproduce

Fly at cold temperatures with tail fuel

Expected behaviour

MD11_FCOM_vol.3_rev.58_KLM image

Cold Fuel recirculation did start correctly at -32C (open fill and transfer pump on tail tank). Upon reachinf -35C, step 2 (transfer of 1/3 forward) did start, but was aborted. It has restarted but aborted again

And now it should have terminated tail fuel management.

On todays flight (2 JUN 2024) It correctly transferred 1/3 of the fuel, however it did not replace it as the manual suggests it should.
