[BUG] - FCP in Meter mode shows PROF target in ft instead of meter #1335

Describe the bug

When in meter mode, FL351 as INIT page CRZ level, 10700m as dialed FL, PROF TO shows in ft instead of meter

Expected behaviour

Either show both HOLD and PROF TO in ft or meter, but not mixed

Resolved in 1.0.6+
