Autothrottle not engaging with PROF mode selection

Describe the bug

400ft agl, if using manual thrust and you hit the PROF button, the autothrottle should engage but it does not.

Steps to reproduce

Takeoff with manual thrust (autothrottle off) and >400ft agl, press PROF button. According to FCOM, autothrottle should engage but it does not.

Expected behaviour

Pressing PROF button and engaging PROF mode >400ft agl with autothrottle off should engage the autothrottle.
