[BUG] - CDU1/2 MENU REQUEST - Cyan Alerts (Level 0) missing on the EAD Alert Display #1374

Describe the bug

It's missing the CDU1/2 MENU REQUEST - Cyan Alerts (Level 0) on the EAD Alert Display when a message is displayed on the MENU page of respective MCDU1 or MCDU2

Steps to reproduce

When a message is displayed on the MENU page of respective MCDU1 or MCDU2, check the EAD Alert Display.

Expected behaviour

The CDU1/2 MENU REQUEST - Cyan Alerts (Level 0) should appear on the EAD Alert Display when a message is displayed on the MENU page of respective MCDU1 or MCDU2.
