[BUG] - Gear handle retraction/extension sound too loud #1377

Describe the bug

Gear handle retraction/extension sound too loud

Steps to reproduce

Move gear handle

Expected behaviour

Instead of 717 which is quite loud it should be a lot quiter for the 11

Speedbrake handle feels also very loud and sharp. I dont know how it really is but it could be softened a little
