[BUG] - Outflow VALVE Indicator disagrees with AIR SD page #1385

Describe the bug

Outflow VALVE Indicator shows valve closed but its opened at the AIR SD page

Steps to reproduce

Compare the status of the valve at the Outflow VALVE Indicator with AIR SD page.

Expected behaviour

The status of the valve should agree on both sides.

Unsure if this is IRT a different build than current CE build of 0.64, but the needle, and logic fail to operate on the PW F variant.
