[BUG] - Can't exit out of tablet #1409

Describe the bug

I clicked on the tablet to change from optimum to specific flap and panned the camera over to the side and was unable to exit out of typing in the new flap setting. Nothing I tried worked and had to close the sim for the error to go away.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Click on the tablet in a box where you can input something
  2. Pan the camera away from the tablet only showing part of it
  3. It may require you to click there again not sure either way at this point I could no longer get out of the tablet

Expected behaviour

Unable to exit from typing the flap setting and do anything else

@GenericNerd maybe a timebased release of the cursur could work to prevent issues like this
