AC TIE 1, 2, & 3 ARM lights should be illuminated when both APU power and External Power are ON
Power the aircraft with External Power and APU power. Check the ELEC Panel.
AC TIE 1, 2, & 3 ARM lights should be illuminated.
[Meaning that the Ext Power AC TIEs are ready to close if APU power is lost]
