[BUG] - AC TIE 1, 2, & 3 ARM lights should NOT be illuminated after pushing BAT to ON. #1444

Describe the bug

If the aircraft is only on BAT power the AC TIEs should not ARM.

Steps to reproduce

Power the aircraft only with BAT power [Push BAT switch ON]. Check the ELEC panel:

Expected behaviour

The AC TIE 1, 2, & 3 ARM lights should NOT be illuminated after pushing BAT to ON.
