[BUG] - ELEC PANEL - APU light should not be ON when selecting MANUAL system (and the APU is OFF) #1445

Describe the bug

When selecting MANUAL at the ELEC PANEL the APU ON light should not illuminate.

Steps to reproduce

In cruise, select MANUAL at the ELEC panel and check the APU PWR switch:

Expected behaviour

The APU light should not illuminate.

@turbofandude likely related to the double click required to start APU after auto shutdown, switch state doesn't get reset it seems
