While performing a descent with a speed edit, unable to select ECON speed
Enter descent phase, input speed edit and large font Attempt to select L2 ECON speed 'NOT ALLOWED' displayed in scratchpad
Selecting ECON after previously using a speed edit should revert the commanded speed back to ECON .
