If flying the MD-11 in busy VATSIM control, requiring simultaneous speed, heading and/or altitude changes it becomes a real handful. The GCP logic with arming speeds, headings and altitudes is already cumbersome enough. The non-standard clickspots for these three makes it worse.
Describe the solution you'd like
For all rotary switches, bring the standard MSFS control, together with left click push, right click pull. Like this, all actions are located on one click spot instead of fishing for the push or pull clickspot. Another benefit of the standard MSFS increase/decrease is that you can hold it in, and it continues to change value. This is not only handy for the GCP controls but also for example the BARO MIN knob, and various rheostats where currently you have to keep scrolling away at the middle mouse-wheel.
Describe alternatives you've considered
None
Additional context
The request is mainly to assist in high workload environments during departure and approach.
I'd also add, at least for the P3D version, to increase the rate of speed of moving the rotary switches. Currently it's quite slow, especially when tuning frequencies.
