[BUG] - Engine keeps spoiling during cruise #1489

Describe the bug

Engines spoiling back and forth between 79 to 91 continiously in cruise

Steps to reproduce

GW is 225.85 winds is right from the tail 17/14 (see picture)

Expected behaviour

I would say that the engines should be stable on cruise intead of jumping.

The 12 days open mark has to do that TDFI didnt look at this yet, i will check if this issue persist in the RTM build.

THis is still very much an issue, same behavior engine go back and forth continiously
