Describe the bug

Excessive back trim needed on approach

Steps to reproduce

On approach and stable, disconnect the Autoflight

Expected behaviour

Excessive back trim is needed After AP disconnect, she gradually pitches nose down so needs constant back trim, to the point where l'm nearly always full back at 15.5 deg and also pulling on the yoke just to stay anywhere near the Glideslope
