Describe the bug

In MANUAL & AUTO ELEC mode, when selecting EMERG PWR ARM from ON, EMER PWR ON message remains. Only blanks when cycling to OFF then ARM.

Thanks for reporting this, from the reference I have available to me, this is a note that is provided regarding the external power:

NOTE: If emergency power automatically transfers ON and then normal power is restored, this selector must be cycled OFF and back to ARM to allow the L emer buses to be powered by the main generator bus. If this is not done, the L emer buses will continue to be powered by the aircraft batteries.

Could you please provide a reference that this is not the case? I want to make sure we implement this as correctly as possible.

The source you're quoting is when EMEG PWR is automatically engaged, not manually. My PR is when EMERG PWR is manually selected on the overhead panel.
