[BUG] - Takeoff Perf Calculator #1520

Describe the bug

The calculator is missing an imporant value: required runway length. Also it always seems to opt for max flaps max flex no matter what the situation is. Runway length also makes no difference on the calculations.

Steps to reproduce

Try takeoff calculations with different values.

Expected behaviour

1) Always show required runway length and remaining stop margin 2) Runway length must affect the calculations.

Also it will not tell you if you're overweight for the runway and what your performance restricted TOW is image (image from KLM's FCOM vol. 4, V1 = Vmcg, FULL TO, Flaps 20, Packs on, Dry runway)
