[BUG] - Radio Altimeter calibrated erroneously #1588

Describe the bug

RA shoud read zero when MLG is touching down with normal approach attitude

Steps to reproduce

Land Observe RA at MLG touchdown is not zero (usually at 5 to 10)

Cojoined issue: CASW callouts

Expected behaviour

RA to be at zero

I spoke to a friend of mine who is a mechanic for FedEx he works on MD-11s. He showed me radio antenna replacement instructions which showed the antenna location is right next to the main landing gear, NOT the nose as some may have speculated.

done extensive recorded test and we may need to calibrate it a few feet @turbofandude maybe up by like 5 feet
