[BUG] - Perf Calculator wrong altimeter setting #1617

Describe the bug

On Canadian airports the altimeter is given in hPa instead of inHg

Steps to reproduce

Enter a Canadian airport ICAO in the calculator, observe the value

Expected behaviour

Show correct value
