Describe the bug

In MANUAL AIR mode, APU valve and ISO Valves react to commands instantly

Steps to reproduce

Expected behaviour

S/B a 2 or 3 second delay before valve is shown closed on AIR SYN. While valves are in transit, an amber DISAG should be displayed near the valve
