[BUG] - Sending Fuel & Weight in tablet causes shutdown (P3D) #1641

Describe the bug

If the engines are running and you send fuel/weight via the tablet, the engines shut down

Steps to reproduce

1) Load in and set ready for takeoff panel state 2) Go to load manager in tablet and send weight/fuel and save 3) Observe shutdown

Expected behaviour

Engines should not shut down.
