[BUG] - VOR pointers wrong course

Describe the bug

Something weird happening with the VOR pointers. Having only VOR2 enabled, course reverts to 000. Having both shown, courses are shown correctly

Expected behaviour

Not to have something weird. Always show the correct course

Evidence

Only VOR2 needle shown with a course 000

Enablinb also VOR1 needle updates the VOR2 course to correct 057.

VOR2 changed to different VOR, same behavior. First only VOR2 shown

Then with both needles
