It could potentially be related to Trim issues, since the Airplane in real life was/is very sensitive when not balanced correctly.
A suggested TOCG is around 30%, and the lower the CG, the more issues you can get and more fuel you will burn in cruise.
Being able to at least manipulate the CGs is crucial, and I beleive being able to control what zones are loaded and how, is a good feature to have.
Also have some sort of calculator to help with possible ballast tank fuel, that could help with CG related topics.

In the tablet, have an advanced loading option, to be able to at least be able to manipulate CGs in a realistic manner. Of course I think a lot of this should be as automatic as possible, since the pilot is generally not responsible for loading.

When loading the aircraft, try to make the plane balance cargo in a way to manipulate the ZFWCG as close to 30% as possible, so that the TOCG can be manipulated with Ballast fuel if required.
