[BUG] - Default autobrakes enabled #1740

Describe the bug

Default autobrakes are enabled again despite they were already disabled earlier. It causes the plane to stop by itself.

Steps to reproduce

In systems.cfg there is

auto_brakes = 4

This was already set to 0 in earlier builds to disable the default msfs autobrakes

Expected behaviour

Disable the autobrake
