[BUG] - Speedbrake axis does not override the armed #1769

Describe the bug

Speedbrake axis does not override the armed

Steps to reproduce

  1. Arm the speedbrakes
  2. Try to move them with the axis, they will not move

Expected behaviour

They should bypass the arm and follow the axis input.
