[BUG] - HYD PRESS TEST inhibits (MD-HYD-8) #242

Describe the bug

On ground with EXT PWR ON and fuel pumps 1/2/3 ON, the HYD PRESS TEST was able to be run

Steps to reproduce

Expected behaviour

S/B HYD PRESS TEST is inhibited with the following conditions Not On Ground Fuel switches ON HYD QTY low FC bypass VLV CLOSED HYD PRESS >1000psi AUX PUMP ON

Not fixed in 0.42.01

I confirm still not fixed as for now I was able to run the test and press AUX PUMP ON which should normally result in HYD TEST FAIL
