[BUG] - APU performance with APU AIR on (MD-APU-5) #495

Describe the bug

With APU running and APU AIR on, the N1 speed is 50%, N2 speed 100%

Steps to reproduce

Expected behaviour

S/B with APU AIR on, the N1 speed should be variable between 84-100%, N2 between 99-101% depending on day type
