[BUG] - EE Cooling override logic (MD-ECS-23) #525

Describe the bug

At FL350, when depressing the AVNCS FAN to OVRD, the backlight does not illuminate, the avionics fan does not turn on, the EECooling venturi does not close and the OFV does not close

Steps to reproduce

Expected behaviour

S/B OVRD in cyan displays in switch backlight, the EECooling exhaust fan activates, the EECooling overboard venturi closes (with an audible change in F/D airflow) and the cabin pressure out flow valve closes (and there's an EICAS message too, but I'll need to look that up and revise this)

Partially functional. OVRD message and light are correct now. Cabin pressure system reaction not functioning correctly. No change in F/D noise when OVRD valve opens.
