Describe the bug

With no VHF com system selected on ACP, in game radios VHF1 and VHF2 are tuned to 136.990

Steps to reproduce

With aircraft powered up and MSFS default radio panel open De-select all VHF Mic selectors Observe Frequencies in MSFS Radio panel change for VHF 1 and 2 to 136.990 Observe VHF 3 remain on selected frequency

Expected behaviour

All frequencies to remain on the selected value

This is a feature. Since vpilot is always transmitting on one channel, in order not to be able to transmit voice on frequency (online) when no MIC is selected, we've opted to set a non-used frequency whenever VHF1 & VHF2 mics on all three radio stacks are deselected.
