[BUG] - Missing overhead panel button animations #669

Describe the bug

GALLEY BUS 1/2/3 buttons have animation only when their respective OFF lights are illuminated. Blank button presses are not animated. Below these buttons UPR AUX TANK BYPASS button and FWD AUX FUEL TANK L/R TRANS buttons do not have animation. In ELEC panel GLY EXT PWR and APU PWR buttons are not animated.

All the button press animations work correctly when commanded with their respective LVARs from Streamdeck. The animation issues only occur with mouse clicks.

Expected behaviour

Button presses to be animated when clicked with a mouse.

Galley external bus button fixed, other animations may be a code issue if they only move when the light is illuminated

@jhattermann The code for the galley bus buttons is there (and they make a sound), they just don't animate.
