Describe the bug
VOR/DME ARC approach not rendering with all waypoints
Steps to reproduce
Approach SEQM (Quito) from the QIT waypoint. Fly the VOR/DME Z RWY 36 approach from QIT.
Expected behaviour
Expected the waypoints D179F, D254I, D224I, D211G to render correctly, providing a flyable approach path.
