[BUG] - simBrief Settings not added when enabled #198

Describe the bug

Enabling the simBrief plugin did not immediately add the setting options to the app.

How do you reproduce this bug?

  1. Open the app
  2. Install plugin
  3. Go to settings and verify no simBrief setting options
  4. Close app
  5. Re-launch and verify they are there

Expected behavior

If enabling a plugin with settings, make the settings appear in the settings area.
