Linux Provisioner #3686

Please can you look into support for Linux provisioner? Its a big ask for all universities.

I'm not sure but I believe we can't have a "one size fits all" agent for Linux since there may be more than one way to configure the wireless.

Probably supporting NetworkManager which is the most popular on desktop distros would be good enough.

We'd have to see where this fits into our R&D pipe. If you are willing to sponsor the development (i.e. pay for it), that would obviously speed things up.

I'll mark this an 8.3 until we decide when/if/how that should be done
