Here is an updated hostapd.sh to allow Radius Disconnects to work with Packetfence

For completion, here is a 21.02.x version that may still be useful to some users hostapd.sh_21.02.zip

I added this modification to get DAE/CoA working for a SSID using DPSK/PPSK.
